I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s still working great. No weird issues or anything, it just keeps doing its job. I’m guessing they used solid parts or got the design right, because it hasn’t given me any reason to complain.

The unit feels well made and sturdy, which is what they should’ve delivered in the first place. It’s not perfect, and I don’t know why they couldn’t just get everything right, but the quality is better than I expected. I’ve been using it for a while now and haven’t had any issues so far...

I’ve been using my H2o Labs distiller for a few weeks now, and overall I’m happy with it. The first thing I noticed was that the water tastes really clean, and there’s no odd smell or chlorine-type taste like I sometimes get from my tap water. At first, I’ll be honest, the water tasted a little flat to me, almost like something was missing, but after drinking it for a while I actually started preferring it that way. Now regular tap water tastes a bit off to me in comparison.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it does take some time to make a full batch, so it’s not exactly instant or something you can rush if you suddenly need a lot of water. Cleaning it isn’t terrible, but it is a bit of a chore and something I have to remind myself to stay on top of. That said, for the taste and the peace of mind about the water being cleaner, I do think it’s worth it, and I’m glad I bought it.

I ordered from H2o Labs and it did eventually show up, but the shipping was a bit slower than I expected. The tracking also barely updated for a few days, which was a little frustrating. It’s hard to describe, but the package itself was totally fine when it arrived, the delivery experience just wasn’t great
